These Terms of Use govern your use of Land Portal application on iOS devices.
1. Subscriptions
Land Portal offers auto-renewable subscriptions that provide access to platform features.
Available Plans
- Mobile Plan (Monthly / Yearly)
- Mobile + Desktop Plan (Monthly / Yearly)
2. Payment and Billing
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing period at the rate of the selected plan.
You can manage or cancel your subscriptions at any time through your Apple ID account settings on your device.
3. Free Trial
A 7-day free trial may be offered.
Free Trial Terms
- The free trial automatically converts into a paid subscription unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period
- You will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends
- Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when a subscription is purchased
4. Cancellation
Subscriptions can be managed and canceled through your Apple ID account settings.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Refunds
All payments and refunds are processed and managed by Apple and are subject to Apple’s Terms and Conditions.
6. Access Scope
- Mobile Plan — access within the mobile application only
- Mobile + Desktop Plan — access across mobile and web platforms
7. Data Disclaimer
Land Portal provides data sourced from third parties.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the data. Users are responsible for independently verifying information before making decisions based on it.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use automated tools, bots, or scraping technologies
- Reverse-engineer or extract data from the platform
- Use the service to build competing products
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service in the event of violations of these Terms.
10. Privacy
Your use of the application is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
11. Legal
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States.
