These Terms of Use govern your use of Land Portal application on Android devices.
1. Subscriptions
Land Portal offers auto-renewing subscriptions that provide access to platform features.
Available Plans
- Mobile Plan (Monthly / Yearly)
- Mobile + Desktop Plan (Monthly / Yearly)
Pricing and features are displayed within the application.
2. Payment and Billing
Payments are processed through Google Play.
Billing Terms
- Payment is charged to your Google account at the time of purchase
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current billing period
- Renewal charges will be applied at the same price as the selected plan unless otherwise disclosed
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play account settings.
3. Free Trial
A 7-day free trial may be offered.
Free Trial Terms
- The free trial automatically converts into a paid subscription unless canceled before the end of the trial period
- You will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends
4. Cancellation
- Subscriptions can be canceled at any time through Google Play
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No partial refunds are provided for unused subscription periods unless required by Google Play policies
5. Refunds
Refunds for subscriptions are handled by Google Play and are subject to Google’s refund policies.
Land Portal LLC does not issue refunds for purchases made through Google Play.
6. Access Scope
- Mobile Plan — access within the mobile application only
- Mobile + Desktop Plan — access across mobile and web platforms
7. Data Disclaimer
Land Portal provides data sourced from third parties.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the data. Users are responsible for independently verifying information before making decisions based on it.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use bots, scraping tools, or automated systems
- Extract or copy platform data
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform
9. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service in the event of violations of these Terms.
11. Privacy
Your use of the application is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
12. Legal
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States.
